References to ‘The Company’, ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’ refer to Perfect Associates Ltd trading as thegoalkeeperco.com, whose business details are included at the bottom of this document. Reference to ‘you’ ‘user’ and ‘customer’ refers to anyone who uses the site for any purpose.

2. General Disclaimer

Use of the site is at users’ own risk. The site is provided on an “as is” basis and we do not guarantee that it will be suitable for all your purposes or requirements. So far as permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any kind of loss, harm or damage arising from use of these products. Use of all products purchased or obtained through thegoalkeeperco.com is entirely at your own risk.

6. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions and The Goalkeeper Company site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.

7. Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery and Returns

By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you are also agreeing to our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy and Returns Policy, which are governed by these Terms and Conditions. Any personal data which is provided to us through the site is subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The content of The Goalkeeper Company website is protected by intellectual property rights. Written permission from The Goalkeeper Company is required for reproduction, modification, copying or distribution of any of the content of The Goalkeeper Company website.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to vary the website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and to make any changes effective immediately upon being posted on the site. By continuing to use the site, site users will be deemed as consenting to any such changes.

10. Our Right to Cancel Your Membership of the Site

We may cancel your account with The Goalkeeper Company and membership of the site at our discretion.

11. Third Party Websites

The Goalkeeper Company website contains links to other sites which are outside its control. The Goalkeeper Company is not responsible for content on any external site.

12. Supply of Goods

We reserve the right to refuse to supply to any company or individual.

13. Our Obligation To Supply Goods

Once customers have placed orders, we will supply all goods in stock. It is occasionally possible that items shown as available for sale via the website are no longer in stock. In such cases, we may cancel orders at our sole discretion, and will promptly refund any monies paid.

14. Prices

Prices of products are subject to alteration at any point. However, if you have already placed your order and the price of the product you have ordered increases, your order will not be affected and you will be able to purchase the product at the original lower price.

15. Soft foam on Goalkeeper Gloves

The foam used on goalkeeper gloves can wear down even from the first time you play. This is normal, and the performance of the foam should not deteriorate for some time, providing the gloves are kept clean and well cared for. Items experiencing normal wear and tear, such as this, cannot be returned or exchanged.

16. Appearance of Goods

We do our best to present images of products and descriptions of them as accurately as possible; however, sometimes aspects may differ or be inaccurately displayed. For example, colours of products may vary according to computer equipment on which the website is viewed.

17. Product quality and liability

thegoalkeeperco.com is a retailer of products supplied and produced by third parties. Use of such products is entirely at users' own discretion and own risk. Any complaints or problems with these products can be addressed to us in the first case, but must ultimately be taken up with the relevant brand responsible for the production of the products. While we always try to ensure problems are resolved to our customers' satisfaction, in cases where products purchased are unsatisfactory we cannot be held responsibile for product quality, for example concerning issues relating to materials used, product production or performance.

18. Products Designed To Reduce Injuries

For products designed to reduce injuries, such as goalkeeper gloves with finger or hand protecting features, shin pads, special padding or clothing with extra padding, use of these products in no way guarantees that injuries will be avoided. We make no representation whatsoever that such products guarantee the avoidance of injury. The purpose of such products is to try to help reduce injury, but with all such products performance quality may be significant or insignificant depending on the case, and use of such products does not guarantee that users will avoid injury.

19. Personalisation of Goods

Personalised items cannot be returned unless the personalised item is faulty. We retain the right to refuse any requested personalisation. Orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled at any point after the order has been placed, whether or not the goods have been received by the customer.

20. Clerical Errors

In the event that a clerical error appears on the site and a product is charged incorrectly, thegoalkeeperco.com reserves the right to cancel the order or refuse to enter into such a contract. If the customer has already paid the money, we will return the amount in full.
