Returns and Exchanges
Returning or exchanging your order – it’s simple really...
For whatever reason, if you want to return your order for an exchange or refund, just post your items back to us in their original condition (with all the packaging etc, because we need to be able to re-sell them) within 365 days of their shipping date and we’ll exchange or refund them in whatever way you want.
Remember – the products you send back to us have to be in their original condition (and obviously, not used) to get a refund or exchange. This means that personalized items can't be exchanged or refunded.
1. Email us at contact@thegoalkeeperco.com, or give us a call to let us know that you want to make a return or exchange.
For exchanges, it’s best to check with us that the new item you want is in stock. If the new item you want costs more, we’ll arrange to take the extra amount needed. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference. Easy.
2. Wrap items in their original condition, including any leaflets/accessories/etc. that were received in the packaging.
3. Include details of your full name, order number (which will be on the order confirmation you received by email when you ordered), contact number and email address so that we can locate your order on our database.
4. Post the products you want to return back to our warehouse:

5. Make sure to retain proof of posting from your shipper – e.g. using Recorded Delivery. This helps to protect you if the items do not reach us.
